Sales dept. low pressure and accommodating, however had a bad experience with service and general manager Tony. Took our miata Prut in for clicking noise when opening and closing. Paid $149 diagnostic charge and when all was said and done received an estimate of approximately $4500 for repair. Took car home and researched on YouTube. Went out next day and fixed problem in 10 minutes!! I am not a mechanic! Please be careful to not get ripped off! Get a second opinion.
My significant other and I were in need of a second vehicle. Residing in western Massachusetts, we researched available CX-5s throughout Connecticut and Massachusetts. I bring it for servicing at Alden Mazda for the past 7 years. The workmanship and integrity of the staff are outstanding. Chris Britto was great start to finish as was the rest of the staff who helped us. No pressure sales and extremely happy with the deals I got. (ended up buying 2 cars that day they made it so easy and Mazda cx5 for my wife and a mazda 6 for me. I am a 50 year old car enthusiast and I have bought dozens of new cars in my life time. Mazda is best value for buck and this dealership inparticular has something really great going on. Talked my elderly mother into a cx3 and she couldnt be happier.
I just bought my second Mazda from Alden, the first one was new and this one is certified pre-owned. The sales team is always helpful but not harassing. Chris was knowledgeable and polite and Tony made sure the sale went smoothly and that I was satisfied with my purchase. I also bring my car here for maintenance and the service department is part of the reason I wanted to buy here again. They don't push unnecessary maintenance and the prices are comparable to non-dealership servicing.
My Mazda has not needed much service; it is a great vehicle. Whenever I have gone with a question the staff made sure that question was answered before I left. Today Darlene went above and beyond to help me with a battery issue. She was helpful on the phone and at the dealership. I couldn't be more grateful. Blake sold me my car. I have known Tony since he was about 9 years old. Courtney was especially helpful with transportation. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I knew what I was getting into when I decided to get out of my piece of junk and into a used 3i on the lot. I had done my research and knew prices. Dealership and sales reps are nice, but they use the same price switching as any other car dealership.
I came in with two "price guarantees" from TrueCar in the last 4 years but neither were honored by them.
They were "honest" in saying - at this price, we'll lose money. Showing me the invoice and whatnots. They either wrongly advertised or misled customers to get people in the door.

Mazda is a great company, but all manufacturers occasionally turn out a lemon. Unfortunately for me, Alden Mazda has chosen not to stand behind their product as my brand new 2016 AWD CX 5 GT developed major electric and safety problems within 2 days of driving it off their lot. 5 visits to the Alden Mazda service department within first month of ownership. Normally, car buying is dreadful experience but not with the Alden Mazda team. We recently purchased a Mazda6 and had the best car buying experience. The sales team were awesome to work with. They were all very "down to earth" and we did not feel the slightest pressure at all. They accommodated all our needs and put us into a great car within our budget. We have owned Honda's and decided to try out a Mazda and are happy we did. We definitely recommend going to Alden Mazda.
First visit took the vehicle in for some minor issues and also purchased new tires for the vehicle. The staff was very informative and was able to complete everything the same day. The staff took their time to explain everything and also took the time to introduce themselves. Great customer service I feel very confident going back for all my service needs.
We recently purchased a new Mazda CX 5 at Alden and we were delighted with the experience we had. They are so friendly and low pressure. I contacted them on Friday. Told them exactly what I was looking for, and received a detailed quote over the phone. We went in Saturday morning and bought the car for that price. We financed part of the purchase and they got a rate below what they estimated. This was the easiest, most positive car buying experience we ever had!
Sold me a 2011 Toyota tundra with custom rims and they had no key for me to rotate or change my tires called multiple times and basically told me I was xxxx out of luck cause I already bought the vehicle from them now I have to do my own research I'm beyond frustrated with this dealership highly recommend another dealership there are other dealerships that will be loyal looking into buying another car in the fall and searching elsewhere
This place was very good. I got a 2009 premium Subaru Forrester with 40K miles on it at pretty much the price I want. Got a decent amount of gas. The staff was very attentive and responsive. Can't say enough good things about George (Internet Manager) - I was in contact with him via email throughout the whole process. He was honest and was not at all pushy.
